About the position
Healthcare administration is part of the Production Support Unit, which supports the organization's mission in care, research, education, development, and innovation. Our common goal is to simplify administrative work and create workflows that free up more time for patients.
Within the area of Healthcare Administration, we are over 600 colleagues who together make healthcare administration function - every day. We are a growing and learning organization where we share knowledge, support each other, and build pride in our work.
In your role, you will independently be responsible for planning and structuring your daily work. You will closely collaborate with section leaders and doctors in the organization and work with:
- creating schedules and managing working hours in Heroma/Tessa
- establishing and administering employment contracts for doctors
- registering absences such as vacation, sick leave, and parental leave
- managing on-call and standby planning
- conducting trial payroll and administering temporary placements.
As administrative support, you will assist the section leader with administrative tasks and provide qualified service to the organization.
The position is located in Huddinge.
We are looking for someone who

Qualifications
Requirements:
- previous experience with scheduling systems and/or personnel administrative systems
- previous experience with physician reporting
- previous experience in administrative work
- previous experience in healthcare, for example as a medical secretary or equivalent
- knowledge of basic laws and agreements
- good knowledge of both Swedish and English, in both spoken and written form.
Meritorious:
- experience working in Heroma, Tessa, TakeCare, Raindance, and other IT systems used within Karolinska/Region Stockholm.
